蔡女拒出面 李聖傑驗DNA又撲空

李聖傑20日結束美國商演返台，昨一早南下高雄，欲與前女友蔡昕璇所生之子做DNA親子鑑定，但她仍以小孩身體狀況不宜拒絕，讓他又撲空。他透過律師表示遺憾，也覺得對方一直閃躲是在浪費社會資源，已向法院提出民事的「親子關係不存在」訴訟，和刑事的「妨礙名譽」跟「詐欺」，原本還控「恐嚇取財未遂」，但李的律師湯偉說這部分會再討論，有必要時再追加，預計９月開庭。
