艾莉絲產後憂鬱 羨慕圓圓淡定

艾莉絲４月當媽，愛女小妞已快４個多月，看到台北動物園貓熊圓圓產女圓仔，產後短短40天就變成「淡定媽」，讓有產後憂鬱症的她十分羨幕，想跟牠求教「育兒經」。

她在臉書上Po文：「才40天就能如此淡定，甚至頭貼頭一起睡，看來我得跟圓圓阿母好好促膝長談一下，如何半夜聽到小鬼哭嚎也能呼呼大睡。」

她產後一周就出現了產後憂鬱症狀，她說，看到寶寶雖開心，但為了追上母奶量，每天努力親自餵乳，常睡眠不足，再加上剖腹傷口疼痛，每天掉淚、鬱鬱寡歡，更要面對變成「24小時乳牛」的事實。後經醫生解釋，這是受荷爾蒙影響，她才釋懷。
