42歲的鄭家榆淡出演藝圈４年，最近簽給新東家爾傑，她這幾年忙談戀愛也學習過生活，復出的第一部戲《幸福街３號出口》就演女主角的媽，也是第一次沒演女主角。她媽媽、名編劇張明玉年初因肺腺癌在洛杉磯過世，給她很大衝擊，拍戲是一圓媽媽想再看她拍戲的最後心願。她雖有交往中男友，卻「可有可無」，因總遇到花心男，也拒與陳年緋聞對象孫耀威再沾上邊。
