■中秋節將至，剛發行第４本食譜書的蔣偉文（右圖左）說，市售月餅太油膩又高熱量，以鬆餅取代月餅，也不用擔心吃到餿水油，並以新鮮水果當餡料，健康美味。王以路（右）自製零脂水果棉花糖，當作中秋烤肉後的小點心，她說選擇零脂棉花糖，搭配水果吃，還能幫助消化。
