修杰楷早睡早起 被虧阿伯

藝人吸毒的理由多是壓力大，修杰楷23日說自己不泡夜店，沒拍戲時晚上11點就上床，７、８點早早起床，開始跑步、打掃，被虧像生活規律的「阿伯」，他說和柯震東打過球，不認識房祖名，靠運動與在家喝酒紓壓。

他不喜歡朋友遲到，表示好友謝坤達遲到都是30分鐘起跳，他生氣但不忍罵謝，因謝表情很無辜，他也等過前女友１、２個小時，對方因工作延誤，他很體諒。他和王思平情已逝，表示喜歡大眼睛的女生，看起來聰明伶俐，看身材第一眼看腿，目前還在找戀愛的對象。
