惠普將併購三星印表機部門

（法新社首爾12日電） 三星電子和電腦製造商惠普公司（HP）今天宣布，三星將以10億5000萬美元（約335億台幣）出售印表機事業給惠普。

惠普說，這項交易將提振印表機部門的成長機會；三星則表明，這項交易是「公司集中精力在其核心事業領域努力的一部分」。

三星今天在聲明中說，印表機部門有6000名員工，2015年營收達到2兆韓元（約612億台幣）。
