柯震東毛髮報告出爐 檢近日傳喚

藝人柯震東上月在中國北京吸食大麻被逮，行政拘留14天後回台，台北地檢署對他採集毛髮及尿液送驗，調查局昨將檢驗報告送交檢察官鄧定強，檢方對結果三緘其口，但近日將傳柯到庭，確認檢驗結果。

檢方1日庭訊柯震東時，柯已坦承2年來吸食大麻8次，因此驗出他吸大麻的機率極高，如確認柯吸大麻，檢方可將他送勒戒所觀察勒戒、或緩起訴要他自費接受戒癮治療1年。

如果毛髮未驗出柯吸毒，檢方不可能單憑自白認罪將他定罪，屆時柯就不必接受勒戒或戒癮治療。（圖：資料照，文：記者陳慰慈）
